Join me in a challenge this week?

Ready to kick it up a notch? I am (and I’d love some company).

This is the perfect time for a little challenge. Here it is…

Pick ONE HABIT you already know will move the needle for you this week, and maybe this entire season.

It should be something that you know you can do with a little effort, but that will also make you feel proud of yourself for accomplishing.

Maybe it’s…

● Gently cooking fresh food - for the two of you

● Choosing to add fresh fruit and veggies to your dog's bowl

● Aiming for both a morning and evening short walk.

Then, do it!

Here are the specifics of your September challenge:

➡️Pick one simple habit

➡️ Do it every day for the next 7 days

➡️ Keep it small enough that you can’t “fail” at it, but meaningful enough that you’ll feel proud for sticking with it

That’s it.

A little intentional action every day helps you build momentum, one repetition at a time. Here’s what I’m committing to: being consistent with an evening walk.

And if you want a little accountability, just hit reply and let me know what habit you're committing to this week… I’d love to hear it!

Make it an amazing day,

Linney Clark

P.S. If you’re ready to build more habits like this that actually fit your real life as a busy pet parent who’s committed to your pet's health and happiness], let’s talk!

Change the morning routine for your pets

The Morning Pet Reset. What is your pets morning routine, awaken stretch, have some water, eat and potty, If your pet seems sluggish or out of sorts, there’s one simple shift that can change the entire course of their day.

The Morning Pet Reset -This isn’t about waking your pet up extra early, Instead, it’s about one small intentional action that helps your pet start the day feeling calm, and ready to go. Here’s how it works: 1 ask for permission to pet your pet, then for (60 seconds) pet(Massage) starting down the neck downwards to the front paws, then along the sides down the back legs, and finally down the sides all the way through the end of the tail, this reduces stress and gives your pet a warm, welcome and energizing beginning of the day.  2 Move have your pet walk for 20 minutes slowly, to stretch out and limber up, then consider 10 minutes of more exuberant playtime.

How this helps: Instead of doing the same old thing, your pet will begin to have a better day, possibly better sleep and less stiffness.

If you struggle with pets that have issues, bad skin, itchiness, digestion issues or other issues, my Dakotally program is designed to make it simple, doable, and fit YOUR life. No all-or-nothing extremes—just small, daily changes that create real results. Want to learn more?
